There is flexibility with the build contract deposit allowing a lower 7% deposit on signing and the 
balance 3% upon title issue in 6-12 months. This allows you into the market with a $40,000 deposit 
although you will still need to save $650 per week over 6 months to build up the entire 10% deposit.
